Research on the Construction of Future Community Library from the Perspective of New Smart City——Taking Linping Library in Yuhang District of Hangzhou as an Example
Abstract：Taking Linping library, which is the smart city branch of Yuhang district library in Hangzhou as an example, this paper points out that there are some problems in the construction of future community libraries from the perspective of new smart city, such as insufficient integration of technology and services, resource capability cannot be transformed into service capability, insufficient space service capability, librarians' ability urgently need to to be improved, etc. , then puts forward some suggestions that future community smart libraries should strengthen smart services through technology empowerment, ensure smart services through resource empowerment, generalize smart services through space empowerment, and deepen smart services through librarian empowerment.
