本文从资源配置、资金保障、技术支持、沟通合作、人员激励等方面探讨了图书馆联盟参与数字出版的优势,基于ICOLC网站提供的图书馆联盟数字出版职能，将图书馆联盟参与数字出版的模式归纳为机构知识库、OA期刊、OA图书、开放科学以及倡导OA活动等,对图书馆联盟参与数字出版可能存在的内部协调、外部竞争、成员馆主动性丧失、版权风险等问题进行了思考。

From the allocation of resources, financial security, technical support, communication and cooperation, personnel incentives and other aspects, this paper analyzes the advantages of library consortia participating in the digital publishing. Based on the digital publishing function of library consortia provided by the ICOLC website, the models of digital publishing which library consortia participate in are summarized as institutional repository, OA journal, OA book, advocating OA activities and so on. The paper also makes thinking about potential problems, such as internal coordination, external competition, the loss of the membership's initiative, copyright risk and other issues.
