摘要

在借鉴图书馆原有评估指标的基础上,通过数学模型梳理出适合高校图书馆的指标数据,以图书馆建设质量提升方案为切入点详细解析嵌入式服务流程模式的设计思路,围绕绩效评价指标、服务团队整合、服务策略、评价质量效果、制度化运行机制、联动与结果反馈、服务宣传等功能定位优化流程环节,规范评估在嵌入式服务中的实践过程.

Abstract

On the basis of the original reference evaluation index of library, this paper cards out the data of alternative indicators suitable for university libraries though mathematical model, according to the construction of the library quality improvement plan of prasing the embedded design idea of service process model, around performance evaluation indicators, the service team integration, service strategy, evaluate the efficacy of the quality and institutionalized mechanism, result feedback function operation, publicity intermediary service, standard assessment practice in embedded services.
