高校图书馆具有支撑校园文化建设、培育群体文化意识、激励高校文化创新的空间价值，是维护文化安全的重要主体。高校图书馆应在文化安全视阈下，以大空间模式构建网络安全的交互空间、资源安全的知识空间、自觉自信的文化空间，切实承担高校图书馆维护文化安全的重要职责，有效发挥高校图书馆“以文化人”的文化功能，建立以高校图书馆为中心的校园文化辐射圈，助力社会文化工程的建设和发展。
