从生态文明建设和图书馆转型发展两方面阐述参与环境教育是新时代赋予图书馆的社会责任，针对我国图书馆环境教育工作喜忧参半的状况，借鉴2017年俄罗斯生态年举行的全俄图书馆“生态知识日”统一行动的经验，从重视环境教育工作、实现环境教育工作常态化、持续开展环境教育活动、创新环境教育的内容与方式、扩大对外合作、加强理论研究等方面提出改进我国图书馆环境教育工作的建议。

From the two aspects of ecological civilization construction and library transformation development，this paper expounds that participation in environmental education is the social responsibility given to libraries in the new era. In view of the fact that the environmental education work of libraries in China is mixed, drawing on the experience of the unified action of the all Russian libraries "Ecological Knowledge Day" in 2017, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the environmental education of libraries in China, from paying attention to environmental education, realizing the normalization, and carry out activities continuously, innovation contents and methods, expanding foreign cooperation, strengthening theoretical research.
