在分析精准服务视角下图书馆员画像的必要性、可行性基础上，探讨图书馆员画像的实现方法和应用场景。精准服务视角下，数据驱动的图书馆员画像的逻辑结构和实现流程主要包含数据预处理、馆员画像模型建构、馆员画像标签系统建立和馆员画像质量评价4个环节。图书馆员画像在促进馆员自身的认知和发展、支持图书馆决策管理、有效关联图书馆资源和服务、匹配用户画像等方面有良好的应用场景。

Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of librarian portrait from the perspective of precision service, this paper discusses the implementation methods and application scenarios of librarian portrait. From the perspective of precision service, the logical structure and implementation process of datadriven librarian portrait mainly include data preprocessing, librarian portrait model construction, librarian label system establishment and librarian portrait quality evaluation. Librarian portrait has a good application prospect in promoting librarians' cognition and development, supporting library decisionmaking and management, effectively connecting library resources and services, matching user portraits and so on.
