In order to understand current situation of digital resource acquiring information disclosure in Double Firstclass university libraries, 42 Double Firstclass university libraries are investigated by network survey method. It is found that the scope of information disclosure is incomplete, the content is not standardized, the time is not continuous, and the channel is not fully utilized. Some suggestions are put forward to carry out the work of information disclosure of digital resource acquiring. Changing the concept of information disclosure, establishing and improving the information disclosure system of digital resources acquisition, formulating the information disclosure standards, and expanding the path of information disclosure, in order to promote the effective development of digital resources acquiring information disclosure in university libraries in China.
