摘要

高质量内容设计是图书馆做好内容营销的关键环节,图书馆应依据3D内容映射法归纳高质量内容的特点,做好高质量内容设计,即在利用用户画像工具做好用户研究的同时,基于用户购买旅程观望、考虑、行动和依赖4个阶段,做好以建立联系、形成需求、推动消费和提高黏性为目标的内容设计。

Abstract

High-quality content design is the key link of content marketing for library. Libraries should generalize the features of high-quality content and achieve high-quality content design based on 3-D content mapping method, that is, making good use of user portrait tools to do user research, at the same time, doing well in content design aiming at establishing connection, forming demand, promoting consumption and improving stickiness in four different stages of wait-and-see, consideration, action and dependence based on the user purchase journey.
