文章以信息生态理论为基础构建高校图书馆智慧服务生态系统，并对系统中的关键影响因素进行识别与分析，进而提出高校图书馆应采取强化数据素养教育，优化数据服务效能；完善供需匹配机制，提升智慧服务精度；以技术推动创新，优化用户服务体验；推动馆内空间再造，营造智慧服务环境等策略提升智慧服务质量。

Based on the theory of information ecology, this paper constructs an intelligent service ecosystem of university library, identifies and analyzes the key influencing factors in the system. University libraries should strengthen data literacy education and optimize data service efficiency; improve the supply and demand matching mechanism to improve the accuracy of smart services; promotes innovation by technology and optimizes user service experience; promote the reconstruction of the space in the library and create a intelligent service environment, in order to upgrade intelligent service quality.
