Abstract: Based on the integration of knowledge management theory and team theory, tacit knowledge is shared and introduced into the research field of library subject service team. On the basis of analysing the connotation of subject service team sharing of tacit knowledge, this paper explores the influencing factors of tacit knowledge sharing in subject service teams, constructs a theoretical model of tacit knowledge sharing in subject service teams, and analyzes its mechanism, then puts forward the strategies of establishing the effective knowledge sharing incentive mechanism of the subject service team, strengthening the tacit knowledge sharing and communication mechanism of the subject service team, and creating the hidden knowledge sharing environment of the subject service. It hopes to provide reference for promoting the innovation performance of library's subject service team.
