Abstract:Library customized training can improve efficiency of training planning and enhance training effect, has advantages of pertinence and flexibility. There are still some problems: training time is too short to study more deeply, training form is too little to arouse participants' motivation and lack of good system of feedback and evaluation of training. Library customized training should pay more attention to requirement investigation, courses development, forms, feedback and evaluation of training in the future.
