Abstract：This paper discusses the concept of study tour in public libraries, and analyses the farreaching reasons and impacts, opportunities and challenges for developing this service, puts forward the strategies for public libraries to carry out study tour service, from setting up the concept of cooperative innovation, improving the threedimensional guarantee system, developing research courses in the context,hopes to provide reference for public libraries on deepening their study tour services.
