Through the statistics and analysis of literature, the paper sums up the iSchools research hotspots in China, and cardings six aspects of research content, which including the basic information and main characteristics,curriculum setting, subject integration, personnel training mode, scientific research of iSchools, the reform of education in library and information science in China. It points out that the iSchools research in China has the characteristics of diverse research methods, comprehensive research contents and relative single on the discipline area of the research subject, points out future research and development direction, iSchools research will develop in the following directions: the research on graduate education; indepth research on the reform of LIS education; the research of domestic iSchools and LIS institution.
