Abstract:Based on the user experience and perception perspective, combined with the SUBSERVQUAL model of subject service evaluation, this paper constructs a embedded subject service evaluation system integrating readers, research users, classroom users and subject users. The experiment obtains the information quality factors affecting user experience and perception in the form of questionnaires. The reliability and validity of the evaluation model are verified by SPSS15.0 and structural equations. This paper analyzes the important factors that affect user experience and perceived value.
