Abstract：Cultural confidence is the spiritual foundation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The integration of culture and tourism is an important means to realize cultural confidence. In the new era, public library, as an important platform for cultural and tourism integration and firm cultural confidence, has been paid more and more attention. Combining with local reality, public libraries at all levels explore the development path of mutual integration and mutual empowerment of public library culture and tourism from three aspects: cross domain, cross region and cross mechanism. This paper takes the public library service as the core, and from the three perspectives of cultural tourism, rural revitalization and cultural communication, this paper thinks how to promote the integration of cultural tourism, and makes a prospect for the future, in order to provide reference for public library to speed up the deep integration of cultural tourism and to strengthen cultural confidence.
