Based on the theory of psychological capital and organizational commitment, 452 librarians are taken as the research object, questionnaire, return visit and data regression analysis are used, and the relationship among psychological capital, organizational commitment and professionalism of librarians is analyzed by regression. The results show that: the mental capital of librarians has a significant positive impact on their professionalism, the mental capital of librarians has a significant positive impact on their organizational commitment (emotional commitment and continuous commitment), the organizational commitment of librarians has a significant positive impact on their professionalism, and the organizational commitment has a significant intermediary effect on the relationship between mental capital and professionalism. Therefore, in the management practice, we should strengthen the cultivation of the psychological capital of librarians, pay attention to the guidance of the organizational commitment of librarians, establish the organizational structure and management system conducive to the cultivation of the loyalty of librarians, and promote the continuous innovation of librarians in their work through certain environment and authorization.
