Abstract：This paper uses the methods of network access and literature research to investigate the current situation of intellectual property information service in 42 "Double First-Class" university libraries. From the aspects of intellectual property information service organizational structure, column, service mode, service content, resources and tools, etc.the survey statistics and analysis are carried out, the existing practices are summarized, and the existing problems are found. This paper points out that university library should strengthen the construction of organizational structure, improve the system guarantee, reasonably plan the column setting, the importance of book intellectual property service, optimize and integrate the service mode, build a unified retrieval platform for university intellectual property information service, enrich the service content, improve the business norms and service standards, refine the classification of resources and tools, improve the quality of service, pay attention to resource navigation and intellectual property database construction to improve the intellectual property information service of university library.
