Investigation and Research on Public Library's Assistance to the Rural Cultural Revitalization in Underdeveloped Areas——A Case on Public Library's Assistance to the Rural Cultural Revitalization in Southern Shaanxi
Public library in underdeveloped areas is an important position to promote rural cultural revitalization. Taking the public library in southern Shaanxi as an example, this paper uses the methods of sampling survey, on-the-spot observation, interview, literature research and comparative analysis to investigate and analyze the specific status quo and existing problems of the public library in underdeveloped areas, and puts forward that the local government should give full play to the leading role of the public library in the revitalization of rural culture, establish the general-branch library service mode of "central library + general library + branch library + service point" , perfect the construction of professional talent team and the service management of township branch libraries, strengthen the digital construction of rural library, and deepen the reading promotion for rural residents, so as to improve the effectiveness of the public library in underdeveloped areas in promoting rural culture.
