Abstract

Minors are an important group of national reading, is the future and hope of the motherland, is the future builders in the "internet +" era to realize the "Chinese dream". The minors' reading is not only related to personal quality and self-cultivation, but also related to the future core competitiveness and cultural soft power of the country. The article describes the basic situation of digital reading, expounds the necessity of carrying out the digital reading service for minors in public library, puts forward the existing problems, and expounds the important measures for the public library to carry out the minors' digital reading: the first is using an "internet +" thinking to examine the digital reading of minors, the second is to perfect the law and regulation construction of the local minors' digital reading, thirdly, relying on "internet + technology" to carry out the minors digital reading, the four is to make full use of digital resources, the five is the integration of social forces to carry out the minors digital reading, the six is to establish a talent team use "internet + librarian". It hopes to provide reference for the work of public library.
