Based on the domestic library network influence evaluation system and the Altmetrics method, this paper investigates and studies the network influence of nine famous public libraries such as the British Library, New York Public Library, Library of Congress, and on the basis of this, it puts forward development strategies to enhance the network influence of public library, include providing information service based on social network platform, developing picture and video sharing channels, promoting library through multinetwork channels, paying attention to content quality and update frequency, providing multilingual services.
