The smart library is not only the promotion of the library in the technical application level, but also the inheritance and development of the existing library spirit and service concept. Studying the nontechnical construction strategy of the smart library can effectively build the humanistic service system of the smart library and avoid the problem of technology over humanity. Based on the research status of the smart library and the analysis of the smart library technology, the paper has constructed strategies such as constructing a reasonable resource classification system, perfecting the management system, participating in the development process, attaching importance to the construction of the talent team, and eliminating the construction of the followup, in order to provide reference for relevant research.
