Taking 40 university libraries as the research object, through the official website, WeChat public official account and official microblog three ways, this paper has a comprehensive understanding of the emergency service strategies and measures in the early stage of the COVID19 from the aspects of routine services, electronic resources support, online teaching support, novel coronavirus special subject service, reading promotion and epidemic prevention and control management, etc.. It analyses the common problems and discusses improvement strategies.
