Abstract

The current situation of network transformation of university library resources and services highlights the bottleneck of technical support. Through literature research and practice investigation on the technical support services of 18 university libraries in Tianjin, this paper explores the effective strategies to enhance technical support in the post epidemic era, that is, promoting the use of network resources with technical support; promoting the ubiquitous service mode with technical equipment; promoting the serialization of user education with technical training; promoting the personalized creation of users with technical innovation; promoting the business continuity of university library with cross-border technical cooperation.
