As the development of information technology, the market of digital cultural works increasingly prosperous. However, the progress of technology on the one hand makes piracy increasingly rampant, digital copyright protection is in trouble; on the other hand, by virtue of oligopoly, a few platform operators obtain most of the trading profits of digital cultural works, which makes the profits obtained by the authors not proportional to the value of the works, and seriously affects the creative enthusiasm of the authors and the healthy development of academic environment. Web3.0 technology brings opportunities for digital copyright protection and sharing. This paper briefly introduces the development of Internet technology and the core technologies of Web3.0, analyzes the value and existing problems of Web3.0 technology in digital copyright protection and resource sharing. On this basis, a framework design of improving digital copyright protection and sharing mode based on Web3.0 technology is proposed.
