Abstract

 This study takes the Scientific Research Data Management Service Center of the Technical University of Berlin as the research object, and systematically analyzes the data infrastructure, organizational operation mode and management team. And it discusses the necessity of building RDM service centers in domestic universities, and puts specific construction strategies, such as building a spatial and functional clustering of scientific research data infrastructure; strengthening departmental cooperation with libraries as the main body, and building a complete collaborative operation mechanism based on the data life cycle; creating a professional service team conducive to the development of RDM service center.
