Abstract

The article takes the library shared reading platform as the research object, and through qualitative analysis of relevant judicial cases from 2012 to 2022 in China, puts three types of copyright infringement risks in its operation: direct infringement risks caused by the storage and presentation of self-purchased resources, indirect infringement risks caused by users uploading resources, and defense failure risks caused by unauthorized reasonable use, and proposes targeted risks avoidance strategies, that is, clarify the storage path of self purchased resources and prevent link jump risks, the dynamic compliance of reasonable care obligations before, during, and after the event, and clarification of the boundaries between qualified subjects and fair use behavior in defense.
