Abstract A good entrepreneurial ecosystem is the basis for the survival and growth of startups. Libraries can play an enabling, intermediary, coordinating and advocacy role in the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem. Facing the different life cycle stages of entrepreneurial ecosystem, libraries can adopt three service models to carry out entrepreneurship service: supporting basic information and activities, emphasizing the structure of entrepreneurial information chain and platform integration, which are verified in the practice of Michigan State University Library, British Library, and Chinese Academy of Sciences. In order to adapt to the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, libraries should start from three dimensions of structure, relationship and cognition, and constantly optimize the entrepreneurial service mode.
