Abstract Starting from three aspects of resource discovery, acquisition and selection function and background management, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the five "cloud library allocation" platforms. It is pointed out that although the "cloud library allocation " has the advantages that the current mining clubs do not have, there are still many problems. This paper puts forward the optimization strategies of the existing book acquisition cloud platform, that is, unified platform and complete functions; platform seamless docking and data interaction smooth; improve bibliographic information to help accurate selection; strengthen the bibliographic screening function to improve the efficiency of collection and selection; improve the degree of intelligence to optimize precision push service; enhance the reader participation to meet the personalized needs.
