In 2020, the COVID-19 had a great impact on public libraries which mainly provide offline services, library has set off a "live broadcast fever" . This paper selects 13 public libraries which carried out network live broadcast activities during the COVID19 epidemic period in China as the investigation objects, analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of their live broadcast activities, points out the existing problems, and puts forward some strategies for the regular development of public library network live broadcast service in the post epidemic period: including improving the quality of activities and building a brand of excellent live broadcast service; cultivating talent team and establishing new models of live broadcast service; strengthening the cooperation and constructing the big pattern of culture live broadcast.
