Abstract
By using the methods of interview and field investigation, this paper investigates the current situation of volunteers in Guangxi rural bookstore, deeply analyzes the main problems existing in volunteer management, and puts forward to build a rural bookstore volunteer management system covering the four links of plan, implementation, inspection and improvement based on the PDCA cycle theory and method, and provides stategies for the volunteer management of rural bookstore including build a circular system, improve each link, clarify the functions of each link, play different roles, implement dynamic management, and find solutions.
