以高校图书馆学生用户为例，运用问卷调查法就用户参与对图书馆服务补救效果的影响展开实证研究，并利用SPSS18.0与AMOS17.0统计软件对收集到的数据进行分析。研究结果证明服务补救过程中用户的人际互动与信息分享均会对图书馆服务补救效果产生一定程度的正向影响，同时依据研究结果提出提高图书馆服务补救效果的建议。

This paper takes the student users of university library as an example, has an empirical study on the influence of user participation on library service recovery effects by questionnaire survey, and analyzes the data collected by SPSS18.0 and SEM17.0. The results show that both the interpersonal interaction and information sharing in the process of service recovery have a positive impact on library service recovery effects. At the same time, according to the research results, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the effects of library service recovery.
