本文选取8所加拿大数字资源联盟，分析了加拿大数字资源的集团采购模式，从筹资模式、价格模式、共享模式、特色资源采购与建设4个方面，研究了加拿大数字资源集团采购模式的发展现状，对其建设目的进行了分析；认为其具有资金来源丰富、价格模式灵活、共享模式成熟、特色服务多样、发展目标清晰、工作人员专业等特点；进而对我国数字资源联盟集团采购事业的发展提出建议。

This paper selects 8 Canadian digital resource alliances and analyzes the group procurement mode, analyzes their construction purposes from development status of the Canadian digital resource group's procurement model from the aspects of financing mode, price model, sharing mode, and characteristic resource procurement and construction, and believes that it has rich funding sources, flexible price models, mature sharing models, and special services, and then the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of the procurement business of China's digital resource alliance group.
