This paper makes an indepth analysis of the phenomenon of Li Ziqi and its causes, and puts forward some paths for the library to help the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy from the aspects of digging the value of rural content, giving full play to the preservation function of library literature resources, adhering to the significance of rural place, giving full play to the social education function of library, highlighting the role of cultural subject, and giving full play to the democratic value of library cultural participation.
