本文以中国知网、万方、维普等主要数据库的期刊论文作为数据统计源，利用文献计量法从学术趋势、核心研究力量、期刊与学科分布等几个方面，对我国政府开放数据的研究现状进行深入分析；利用知识图谱分析法从基础理论、平台及相关技术、国际经验、智慧城市、数据安全与隐私防范、评价体系和政策法规七方面，对此领域的研究热点进行全面阐述；并从新技术应用、顶层设计、数据整合、应用实践等方面对我国政府开放数据的研究趋势进行了预测。

This paper analyzes the research status of government open data in China from the aspects of academic trend, core research strength, journal and discipline distribution by using bibliometric method, taking the periodical papers from the main databases such as CNKI, Wanfang and VIP as data sources. In this paper, knowledge mapping analysis is used to comprehensively describe the research hotspots in this field from seven aspects: basic theory, platform and related technology, international experience, smart city, data security and privacy prevention, evaluation system, and policies and regulations. Finally, it forecasts the research trend of government open data in China from the aspects of new technology application, toplevel design, data integration and application practice.
