摘要

文章基于社会心理学的角色理论,对阅读疗法师的角色形态、理想角色的素质结构、领悟角色及其学习支持系统等进行阐释,并结合实际从专家角色与大众角色两个维度对实践角色进行细分与探究,以便阅读疗法师在职业生涯中找准角色定位,实现实践角色的适度转移和有效调控。

Abstract

Based on the role theory of social psychology, this paper explains the role form of reading therapist, the quality structure of the ideal role, the understanding role and its learning support system. Practical roles are subdivided and explored from two dimensions of specialist role and public role, so that reading therapists can identify the role positioning in their careers and achieve appropriate transfer and effective regulation of practical roles.
