摘要

乡村公共阅读空间是近年乡村公共文化服务体系建设的新形态,是推动全民阅读进农村的基础设施保障。当前乡村公共阅读空间建设存在基层政府重视程度不高、缺乏规划引领、社会力量参与不够、传统建设短板明显、新型建设覆盖面小等不足。文章结合已有的理论研究和实践成果,提出转变观念抓契机,做好总体规划布局;建立基层政府主导、社会力量广泛参与的协同建设机制;全面改造升级,优化乡村传统公共阅读空间;以“N+阅读空间”模式推进建设,扩大乡村新型公共阅读空间覆盖面等乡村公共阅读空间建设策略。

Abstract

Rural public reading space is a new form of rural public cultural service system construction in recent years, and is the infrastructure guarantee to promote national reading into the countryside. At present, there are some deficiencies in the construction of rural public reading space, such as low attention of grassroots government, lack of planning guidance, insufficient participation of social forces, obvious shortcomings in traditional construction, small coverage of new construction, ect. Combining with the existing theoretical research and practical results, it is proposed to change the concept and seize the opportunity to do a good job in the overall planning and layout; establish a coordinated construction mechanism led by the grassroots government and extensive participation of social forces; comprehensively transform and upgrade, optimize the traditional public reading space in the countryside; use "N + reading space" model to promote the construction, expand the coverage of new public reading space in rural areas, ect.
