The article indicates that smart contract has characteristics of code normalization, automatic execution and tamper proof. The format copyright licenses in natural language are transformed into code forms, automatically executable smart contract. In this situation, the space of libraries use of the copyright fair use may be reduced. Libraries should sufficiently utilize the contracting consultation mechanism, the interpretation mechanism, the counteroffer mechanism, the offset contract mechanism, and the oracle mechanism of smart contract, actively response to the technology development and protect the flexibilities of copyright fair use.
