摘要

 文章在回顾数字素养相关研究成果基础上,阐述国家社会科学基金重大项目“智能时代提 升全民数字素养的理论和实践研究”的主要研究内容,包括数字素养的内涵演进与实践进展、提升 障碍与影响因素识别、标准框架重构与评测系统设计、培育体系与机制构建、提升路径与方案设计, 进而介绍课题采用的研究方法,并指出影响因素识别、标准框架重构、评测系统设计等方面的重点 难点问题,以及在知识、理论、方法与应用方面的创新之处。

Abstract

On the basis of reviewing relevant research results of digital literacy, this paper illustrates the main research contents of the National Social Science Fund Major Project "Research on Theories and Practices of Digital Literacy Improvement for All in the Intel ligence Age", including the definition evolution and practical progress of digital literacy, the identification of barriers and influential factors, the reconstruction of the standard framework and design of the constraction of assessment system, the constraction of cultiva tion system and mechanism, and the design of enhancement paths and programs of digital literacy for all, and introduces the research methodology, the key and difficult issues such as identification of influential factors, framework reconstruction, evaluating and system design, and the innovations in knowledge, theory, methodology and application.
