为科学评价我国高校智库研究热点、动态及发展趋势，以CNKI收录有关“高校智库”和“大学智库”的310篇期刊论文作为研究对象，利用Bicomb 2.0、Ucinet 6.0和SPSS 20.0等统计软件，通过论文影响力分析、高频关键词分析、社会网络系统聚类和多维尺度分析等手段探究2010－2017年高校智库研究热点。结果发现，高校智库热点研究主要围绕高校智库的基础研究、高校智库的比较研究、特殊类型高校智库案例研究与实践研究，以及高校智库应用研究4个领域展开。由此得出其发展趋势：国外智库的人才队伍、运行机制与管理制度研究日趋成熟；地方高校智库建设与区域经济发展的协同作用逐渐引起关注；高校智库的内涵、结构功能与存在形式研究不断推进；高校智库的治理、提高智库传播研究成果和政策方案的能力研究逐渐呈现多元化方式。

To evaluate the research hotspots, dynamic and future development trend of think tank research in universities, this paper takes 310 periodical papers about "university think tank" and "college think tank" included by CNKI as the research object, using Bicomb 2.0, Ucinet 6.0 and SPSS 20 software, explores hotspot from 2010-2017 by influence analysis, high frequency keyword analysis, social network clustering and multidimensional scaling analysis. The results show that the research hotspots in university think tanks mainly focus on four areas: the basic research of university think tanks, the comparative research of university think tanks, the special case research and practice research of special think tanks and the application research of university think tanks. Thus the development trends of foreign think tank are obtained, personnel, operation mechanism and management system are maturing; synergistic effect of local university think tank construction and regional economic development have gradually aroused the attention; the connotation, structure and function of university think tank are furthered investigated; governance, improve the ability of university think tank for dissemination of research results and the policy gradually are in a diversified way.
