日本教学研究型高校图书馆学科服务发展态势及启示

摘要

以日本10家教学研究型高校图书馆为研究样本,基于文献研究法、调查研究法对其学科服务现状及发展态势进行调查分析。调研结果表明,日本教学研究型高校图书馆不仅注重学科服务与科研活动的深度融合,以学科馆员支撑信息素养教育服务,而且提供一体化、定制化的参考咨询服务,基本形成了贯穿学科服务全生命周期的一体化服务体系。我国高校图书馆可借鉴其先进经验,建立覆盖全生命周期的学科资源导航服务框架,促进资源检索服务转向,采用多方位个性化的信息素养教育服务方式,构建一体化保姆式知识信息咨询服务模式,形成彰显自身特色的学科服务新体系。

Abstract

This article takes 10 teaching and research university libraries in Japan as research samples, uses literature research, investigation research methods to investigate the current situation and development trend of its subject service. The research results show that: Japan teaching and research university libraries focus on the deep integration of subject service and scientific research activities, supporting information quality teaching service with subject librarian and providing integrated and customized reference and consulting service, It has basically formed a whole life cycle integrated subject service system. Chinese universities can learn from their advanced experience in subject service and establish a subject service framework covering the whole life cycle. Retrieval service to promote resources, cultivating allround service forms and threedimensional information literacy teaching, building integrated nanny knowledge information service system, to form a subject service mode which highlight its own advantages.
