Abstract:After investigating the pseudodemands from users of document delivery service in the Northeast Normal University library in 2017, through statistical analysis and comparative analysis, this paper reveals various forms of pseudodemands in document delivery, explores the underlying causes of pseudodemands, proposes ways to reduce the pseudodemands in order to improve the efficiency of document delivery services, and help users to make more efficient use of library resources.
