Abstract：Based on the survey of 500 cultural volunteers' service motivation and selfevaluations of service performance behavior and result, this study establishes a structural equation model to investigate the influence of service motivation on service performance. The results show that the service motivation of cultural volunteers is a threedimensional model composed of attraction, expressingmeaning and selfimprovement, and the service performance includes socialcontribution, influenceothers and selfutility. The attraction dimensionality of service motivation has positive impact only on the selfutility dimensionality of service performance; expressingmeaning dimensionality of service motivation greatly influences the socialcontribution dimensionality and influences the influenceothers dimensionality of service performance; selfimprovement dimensionality of service motivation has positive impact on the three dimensionality of service performance. In order to provide human resources for the construction of modern public cultural service system, we should enhance the attraction of public cultural service activities, strengthen the value identity of public cultural service and classify management of cultural volunteers to building cultural volunteer teams.
