Abstract：Through literature review and online survey, this paper analyzes the remote reader services of eight public university libraries in New Zealand from the aspects of reader scope, web column design, service contents, and service staff. In view of this, it is believed that university libraries in China should improve attention to remote reader services, add web column of remote reader services, define reader scope properly, open service contents objectively, formulate service regulations, and reinforce talent team construction.
