Abstract：This paper expounds the inner relevance, development status between rural library and rural culture development as well as rural library's role in rural culture development, deeply analyzes the problems of rural library in the process of revitalizing rural culture, including low level of digitization and coverage, lack of talent, library resources updating failed to meet the cultural needs of farmers, ect. It also puts forward the implementation path to assist the development of rural culture: that is strengthening talent team construction, building multi-service model of " rural library + ", improving the digital construction level of rural library and so on.
