Abstract:In order to solve the problems existing in the digital publishing service of university libraries in China, such as unclear service content direction, narrow scope of service subject and single and rigid service mode, this paper puts forward the theoretical framework and implementation path of digital publishing service of university libraries based on MOA model: Based on the "motivation variables" of MOA model, customized digital publishing service content that can stimulate users' internal motivation is designed. Taking the "opportunity variable" of MOA model as the condition, the digital publishing service community with multi-subject collaborative participation is built. Taking the "ability variable" of MOA model as a pointer, the practical function of digital publishing service mode of university library is expanded.
