Abstract:Based on the analysis of the guidance that SICAS model for MOOC reading promotion in university library, the article creates the service logic that with user portrait, interactive consultation, shared reading and capacity improvement as the component unit for MOOC reading promotion in university library, and puts forward feasible and operable implementation strategies: scientifically creating MOOC users' demand portrait, establishing strong links based on interactive consultation among MOOC reading promotion subjects, providing MOOC reading resource services oriented to shared reading, and forging users' reading practice quality by means of MOOC reading training.
