摘要

文章梳理图书馆智慧服务的研究现状,从完善用户内需、重塑传统资源、服务转型升级3个层面阐释图书馆智慧服务职能,依据服务蓝图的功能架构从载体支持、后台支撑、前台服务、用户行为、服务体验5个层面搭建智慧服务模型框架,并从多维系统融合、智慧馆员参与、用户行为驱动、智慧服务动向4个层面细化智慧服务领域,提出融入多维能力拓展智慧服务深度、加强服务协同交互的严谨性、加强对用户体验模式的改进等图书馆智慧服务路径。

Abstract

Combing the current research status of library smart service, the paper explains the function of library smart service from three levels of improving users' domestic needs, reshaping traditional resources, and service transformation and upgrading. According to the functional architecture of the service blueprint, it builds the model framework of smart services from five dimensions of carrier support, back-end support, front-end service, user behavior, and service experience, and refines the areas of smart services from four aspects of multi-dimensional system integration, smart librarian participation, user behavior drive, and smart service trends, the paper proposes the path of library smart service, including integrating multidimensional capabilities, expanding the depth of smart services, strengthening the conscientiousness of service collaborative interaction, strengthening the improvement of user experience mode.
