摘要

文章以澳洲八校集团成员图书馆为研究对象,对其基于慕课的嵌入式知识服务实践进行研究。结果发现,样本馆借助立体化、协同化的慕课嵌入手段显著提高了学科知识服务、参考咨询服务与信息素养服务效能。我国大学图书馆可借鉴其实践经验,构建基于用户画像的慕课嵌入式学科知识服务体系,开发基于慕课智能答疑的多功能参考咨询服务方案,提供基于慕课教育策略的嵌入式信息素养教育服务,为图书馆知识服务实现慕课化转型提供坚实支撑。

Abstract

This paper studies the practice of embedded knowledge service based on MOOC in Group of Eight member libraries. The results show that the sample library significantly improves the efficiency of subject knowledge service, reference service and information literacy service by means of threedimensional and collaborative MOOC embedding. Chinese libraries can learn from these practical experiences, construct MOOC embedded subject knowledge service system based on user portrait, develop multifunctional reference service scheme based on MOOC intelligent question answering, provide embedded information literacy education service based on MOOC education strategy, so as to provide a solid support for the realization of MOOC knowledge service transformation in library.
