Abstract:Through network access and telephone consultation, this paper investigates the push mode, adoption mode, resource type, practice and publicity of readers' decision-making and procurement in 42 "Double First-Class" university libraries, and analyzes the existing problems. The research shows that the library should strengthen the promotion, enrich service methods, set up channels for different groups, try to break through the obstacles of e-books, optimize the effect, and provide reference for the practice and development of readers' decision-making and procurement in China.
