This paper is based on the embodied cognition theory, constructs a robot librarian user acceptance mechanism model that integrates three core dimensions: perceptual interactivity, situational embeddedness and emotional embodiment. Based on the questionnaire and robot librarian service log data, it conducts empirical test using structural equation model. The result shows that in the user acceptance mechanism of the robot librarian service, the multimodal interaction of the robot librarian significantly improves the perceived ease of use through the calibration of the user's physical experience; the context embeddedness of the two paths of "physical environment" and "social context" of robot librarians significanthy influences users' use intention; the embodiment of robot librarians' facial expression, intonation emotion, empathy feedback and other emotions affects users' willingness to continue using by satisfaction, and forms an inverted Ushaped adjustment, that is, excessive personification will trigger the "fear valley effect". In addition, the core assumption of the classic technology acceptance model is still true, that is, users' perceived ease of use and willingness to use positively and significantly affect their willingness to continue using. Based on this, the service optimization strategies of robot librarian are proposed, that is, build a multimodal perception interaction system and lay a solid foundation for tool ease of use; deepen the construction of situational embeddedness ability and shape trustworthy service ecosystem; based on the inverted Ushaped regulation effect of emotional embodiment, the emotional experience design is optimized.
