Based on the expectancy confirmation model, planned behavior theory, and perceived value theory, this article constructs a influencing factors model of the sustained paying willingness for online knowledge of college students and conducts empirical tests. The test results show that subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and behavioral attitudes significantly positively affect the initial payment experience of college students; the initial payment experience and knowledge demand have a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of college students with online knowledge payment; satisfaction, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control have significantly positively influence the sustained paying willingness for online knowledge of college students; free awareness have a significantly negative impact on the initial payment experience, satisfaction and sustained paying willingness. Based on this, suggestions for the optimization of online knowledge payment platforms are proposed.

This paper draws on relevant standard framework and research results to construct research model of the impact of digital literacy on learning effect of college students, including six variables of digital consciousness, digital knowledge and skills, digital tool application, digital ethics, digital innovation and construction and learning effect, and analyses the correlation effects and impact relationship between variables. The results indicate that there is a significant correlation between college students' digital literacy and learning effect, and the difference in learning effect comes from the type of digital literacy education received. The application of digital tools has a direct and significant impact on learning effect, and digital innovation and construction have a significant impact on learning effect, and play a mediating effect in the impact of digital awareness, digital knowledge and skills on learning effect. Further it proposes suggestions on the positive impact of college students' digital literacy on learning outcomes.

The article adopts online survey and literature review methods to research the current situation of artificial intelligence literacy cultivation in 42 "Double Firstclass" university libraries in China from five aspects: organizational design, content modules, implementation methods, carrier platforms, and faculty teams. It puts that there are problems of lacking localization of artificial intelligence literacy framework, insufficient depth of cultivation content and weak pertinence, rigid methods with less than expected effects, insufficient interactive functions of carrier platforms, and insufficient reserve of faculty team strength. This paper constructs a theoretical model and proposes implementation strategies for artificial intelligence literacy cultivation, which is to construct an artificial intelligence literacy framework which is localization and discipline oriented, customized and structured design the content of artificial intelligence literacy cultivation, improve the directionality and transmission of cultivation methods of artificial intelligence literacy, enhance the interactivity and functionality of artificial intelligence literacy cultivation carriers, and create a collaborative team of AI literacy cultivation teachers both inside and outside the school.
