    From the perspective of bidirectional empowerment, this paper systematically deconstructs the internal coupling mechanism between the threedimensional core of technology, factors, and industry of new quality productivity and functional paradigm transformation, element recombination and upgrading and ecological niche restructure of future learning centers. It constructs a threedimensional collaborative mechanism encompassing technology, organization, and institution, and proposes phased implementation paths oriented toward foundation reconstruction, efficiency enhancement, and ecological leapfrogging, namely collaboratively reconstruct technology base and spatial functions, collaboratively promote organizational capacity upgrading and system innovation pilot, collaboratively construct digital twins, integration of industry and education and regional innovation ecology.

    This paper systematically expounds the theoretical basis of introducing the role of library SPI organization in the context of educational digital transformation, analyzes the three practical bottlenecks faced by the library in giving full play to the organizational function of SPI, including the defect of inter agency data sharing mechanism, the institutional absence of education policy system and cognitive gap, and puts forward deepening paths of library SPI organization function under the background of education digital transformation, namely improve the policy driven data governance system and solve sharing bottleneck; establish knowledgebased dynamic response mechanism, close to the practice scene; build cognitive collaborative ecology of practice feedback and gather multiple consensus.

    Based on online surveys, literature analysis, and semistructured interviews, this article extracts 26 demands for AI research support services from university library users, and applies the Kano model to investigate users' needs for AI research support services. Based on traditional Kano model classification, hybrid classification, and BetterWorse index classification analysis, user needs are classified into four attributes: basic, expected, attractive and indifference, and prioritized, furthermore, it proposes optimization strategies for research support service in university libraries under the AI4S background.

    This paper builds a theoretical model based on the influencing factors of college students' approachavoidance behavior towards artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) in the grounded theory of academic environment, uses structural equation modeling to investigate the determinants of AIGC approachavoidance behavior in academic environment. Research results show that psychological empowerment and relative advantage have a significantly positive impact on emotional attachment; AI illusion and privacy concern significantly positively influence perceived eeriness; emotional attachment and individual innovativeness significantly positively affect approach behavior; perceived eeriness significantly positively influence avoidance behavior; and academic ethics play a negative moderating role between emotional attachmentapproach behavior. Based on this, the article puts forward optimization suggestions of college students using AIGC of academic environment: optimizing platform functions, enhancing emotional attachment of college students; improving AI literacy of college students, strengthening information security barriers; building multi-stakeholder support system, jointly promoting academic integrity.

    On the basis of explaining the connotation of data governance in smart library under the background of generative artificial intelligence, this paper analyses the composition of data governance system of smart library under the background of generative artificial intelligence from five dimensions of the top-level design, support, implementation guidance, practical application and bottomlevel planning, focusing on the objectives, tools, subjects, processes and objects of data governance, and points out that the data governance of smart library faces the realistic dilemma of the value deviation of governance objectives, the implementation deviation of governance tools, the imbalance of governance subject structure, the improper standardization of governance process, and the insufficient validity of governance objects. Then from five perspectives of value guidance, tool integration, subject collaboration, process specification, and object quality improvement, this paper puts forward the transformation paths of data governance in smart library under the background of generative artificial intelligence, namely reshaping the value orientation and hierarchy of data governance, promoting the management adaptation of systems tools and technical tools, forming a diversified ecological pattern of data governance, carrying out the whole process of data security compliance governance, and strengthening the refined control of basic data quality.

    Based on clarifying the connotation and performance of the digital hoarding dilemma, this paper points out that the formation of the digital hoarding dilemma is the result of the interweaving of multiple social and technological factors, analyzes the potential impact of the digital hoarding dilemma based on 3 perspectives of data management activities, data lifecycle, and data elementization, and proposes solutions to the digital hoarding dilemma from 4 dimensions of cognition, technology, system, and value, namely reconstructing the cognition of data subject to data value and risk, promoting the deep integration of intelligent tools and data governance practices, improving the data management regulatory system and incentive constraint mechanism, and reshaping the data culture centered on value creation.

     The article selects 42 First-class universities in China as survey objects, comprehensively utilizes methods of literature research, online surveys, and interviews, and analyzes the current situation and problems of digital memory construction in universities of China based on the four elements of the DART model, which are dialogue, access, risk assessment and transparency. And it proposes corresponding construction strategies, namely establish a digital memory group led by university libraries to promote dialogue and exchange among various construction subjects; make full use of digital intelligence technology to guarantee users' easy access to memory resources; establish risk assessment mechanism to balance the memory needs and ethical conflicts; set up trust mechanism to increase user engagement.

    This article analyses the mechanism and internal logic of generative artificial intelligence empowering university libraries in scientific and technology novelty search, and designs scientific and technology novelty search schemes for university libraries with user profile construction, literature knowledge discovery, and novelty search report generation as the core. The implementation paths of the generative artificial intelligence empowering university library scientific and technology novelty search scheme are proposed, namely, comprehensively identify user needs by using generative artificial intelligence, investigate literature and information through the generative artificial intelligence system, and write scientific and technology novelty search reports with the help of generative artificial intelligence.

    This paper points out the inherent logic of highly consistent educational goals, complementary advantages of educational resources, and coupling and linkage of educational functions of collaborative development of ideological and political education between public libraries and universities, but it faces the realistic dilemmas of weak collaborative awareness, insufficient resource integration, and single educational carrier. Based on the three dimensions of concept collaboration, resource collaboration, and practice collaboration, this paper puts forward collaborative development practical paths of ideological and political education between public libraries and universities, and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures from three aspects of talent, technology, and culture.
