  Trusted Circulation of Library Public Data in the Digital Intelligence Era: Motivation, Mechanism and Strategy

  From the perspectives of development strategy of data elements and initiative of digital trust construction, this paper analyzes the driving factors for the trusted circulation of library public data in the digital intelligent era from four dimensions: policy, resources, capacity and institution. It elaborates the realization mechanism of trusted circulation of library public data covering the subject layer, object layer and guarantee layer, and puts forward promotion strategies of trusted circulation of library public data in the digital intelligent era, namely improve the policy and regulation system, strengthen the standard and normative guarantee; based on circulation application scenarios, improve the income distribution mechanism; consolidate the data integration foundation, build solid trusted control line; cultivate interactive transaction models, and activate the value of data elements.

  Based on questionnaire data collected from 332 researchers, this study explores how large language model sycophancy affects researchers' exploratory innovation via perceived pleasure and cognitive flexibility, as well as the moderating role of metacognitive strategies in such relationships. The results reveal that large language model sycophancy facilitates exploratory innovation by strengthing researchers' perceived pleasure, while undermining exploratory innovation by reducing researchers' cognitive flexibility; metacognitive strategies suppress the positive effect of large language model sycophancy on perceived pleasure and mitigate its inhibitory effect on cognitive flexibility. Drawing on these findings, suggestions are proposed to optimize the application of large language model in intelligent research environments.

  Based on the value cocreation theory, this paper constructs a theoretical model of value cocreation for the national reading promotion service system by adopting the system dynamics method. Through simulation and multiscenario comparative analysis, it clarifies the action mechanisms and evolution laws of multiple stakeholders and key elements. Furthermore, it proposes optimization paths for value cocreation in the national reading promotion service system: stimulate the leap of system capacity via institutional supply, build a multistakeholder collaborative governance structure; boost endogenous system growth with an experienceoriented approach, establish an elastic resource allocation model; realize linkage gains of the system through multistakeholder collaboration, set up an efficient feedback adjustment mechanism; and conform to the delay effect of system evolution, maintain governance patience matching the time dimension.

  This paper sorts out the applications of artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) in library service scenarios including knowledge production and organization, retrieval and discovery, communication and promotion, transformation and innovation. Based on the technical risk classification system in the AI Safety Governance Framework 2.0, from three aspects of technology endogeneity, application and derivation, this paper summarizes the specific manifestations and potential impacts of data security risks, content safety risks, and ethical safety risks faced by libraries when applying AIGC to knowledge services. It proposes multidimensional risk mitigation strategies for AIGCdriven library knowledge services from two levels: technical prevention and comprehensive governance, including using diverse and lawful training data sources, strengthening the review and verification of generated outputs, advancing local model deployment and customized training, ensuring a secure and stable service runtime environment, enhancing the transparency of AIGC services and the standardization of disclosure, establishing and improving library AIGC safety management mechanisms, emphasizing the cultivation of librarians' professional competence and users' AI literacy, and building a collaborative AIGC governance ecosystem with multiple stakeholders.

  Adopting normative research method, this paper constructs a framework covering three dimensions of resource, space, service of university libraries college students' Party history learning and education empowered by digital intelligent, and proposes corresponding practical paths: in terms of resources, universities can build Party history literature databases through multidimensional collaborative mechanisms, revitalize Party history cultural relic resource databases with digital twin technology, and integrate Party history publicity talent teams through fulltime and parttime staffing strategies; in terms of space, immersive experience technology is applied to construct situational spaces for Party history learning, fulldomain intelligent connection technology is utilized to restore Party history story scenarios, and affective computing technology is adopted to create interactive spaces for Party history interpretation; in terms of services, knowledge graph technology optimizes Party history knowledge services, Party history education bases as a carrier optimizes Party history story publicity services, and social auxiliary functions improves the exhibition and communication services of student Party history societies.

  Based on analysis of influencing factors and technical support system of library smart services empowered by generative artificial intelligence, this paper constructs a logical framework for library smart services, and proposes specific implementation paths: upgrading the technical environment to form scalable basic capabilities for smart services; building a trustworthy knowledge base to improve the professionalism and traceability of generated content; restructuring humanAI collaborative processes to establish a hierarchical response and manual review mechanism; expanding scenariobased applications to transform service orientation from resource supply to taskoriented support; and improving the AI governance and evaluation system to ensure the secure and trustworthy operation of smart services.

  From the theoretical perspective of social constructivism, this paper interprets the connotation of constructing university academic cultural memory at the ontological, epistemological and methodological levels. Adopting a multiplecase comparative method, it selects four typical practical models for the construction of academic cultural memory in universities as research subjects, and systematically dissects the internal logic and differences of various models, and reveals the practice dilemmas faced. It further proposes systematic construction paths for university academic cultural memory, which includes establishing an engagement mechanism for indepth negotiation, developing a methodological framework bridging digital technology and humanistic needs, forming an ecofriendly development model featuring value circulation, and innovating achievement recognition and developmental evaluation indicators. Guarantee systems ensuring the path implementation are also built from four dimensions: organizational collaboration, standards and specifications, resources and capacity, governance and evaluation.

  This paper defines the concept of "library humanistic marketing" based on the marketing 3.0 philosophy. Based on the analysis of the phased marketing characteristic of cases from the IFLA international marketing awards, it distills its humanistic marketing orientation from three dimensions: audience definition, value proposition, and audience relationship. Furthermore, based on an empirical analysis of the " ageless picture books, boundless reading encounters" project at Dongguan Library, it proposes library humanistic marketing practice enlightenment, namely replacing generalized marketing with precise situational identification, fostering sustained participation by responding to emotional and spiritual needs, and promoting value cocreation through multistakeholder collaboration.

  This paper sorts out the development overview, management mode, and government mechanism of future learning centers in the University of California system. Based on a fourdimensional analysis framework of "space reconstruction—technology integration—model innovation—resource services", it sorts out the innovative practice of these centers. Suggestions for the development of future learning centers in Chinese universities are accordingly put forward: constructing a strategydriven integrated governance system, building a learningempowering spatial matrix, deepening smart technology integration, innovating teaching and learning modes, and improving supply of resource services covering the entire learning process.

  Taking the "reading prescription scheme" of British public libraries and the community mental health program of Chicago Public Library in America as examples, this paper conducts a comparative analysis of bibliotherapy practice in England and America from seven dimensions, and elaborates on their strengths and limitations. And it proposes enlightenment for the practice of bibliotherapy in public libraries in China, including establishing a multidepartment collaborative policy and institutional guarantee framework, constructing a service system integrating evidencebased practice and localization, innovating a hierarchical, classified and digitally intelligent integrated service model, building a multidimensional support system of bibliotherapy service, and designing a progressive bibliotherapy service system.
