The article is based on the motivation, connotation, and characteristics of innovation in standard information service under the background of national security strategy. It explains the innovation associative logic of national security and standard information services from three levels: security base, linkage mechanism, and digital application. Combining the elements of national security and the process of standard information services, it analyzes the innovation mechanism of standard information services based on supply and demand adaptation, and further elaborates on the implementation mechanism and specific paths of innovation in standard information services targeting national security. Based on this, strategies for improving the innovation efficiency of standard information services are proposed from four aspects: building collaborative linkage system, enhancing environmental adaptability, driving digital technology engines, and optimizing and upgrading service processes.

The article draws on the PPM model in the field of population migration to analyze the influencing factors of graduate students' academic digital hoarding behavior on social media platforms. Combining structural equation modeling (SEM) and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) methods, it clarifies the mechanism and evolutionary paths of the influencing factors of graduate students' academic digital hoarding behavior in social media environments. Research has shown that the fear of missing out (push effect) is significantly positively correlated with academic digital hoarding behavior and is the most core driving factor; the availability of content sharing and ease of knowledge acquisition (pull effect) are also significantly positively correlated with academic digital hoarding behavior, but the impact is relatively weak. Emotional attachment and usefulness evaluation (mooring effect) significantly regulate push and pull effects, and have different impacts on behavioral outcomes. The fsQCA results show that four configuration pathways, namely information driven, social influence, emotional attachment, and functional need, affect digital hoarding behavior. Based on this, strategies are proposed to improve academic digital hoarding behavior of graduate students on social media platforms from three aspects of push, pull and mooring effect, namely reduce fear of missing out, and optimizing information push, empower rational screening and selfmanagement, adjust and balance emotional attachment and cognitive decisionmaking.

This paper is based on the theories of family cultural capital and selfregulated learning, and explores the influence mechanism by which family cultural capital and selfregulated learning strategies affect the digital reading literacy of schoolage children. Using literature research, questionnaire surveys and other methods, a parallel mediation model of the digital reading literacy influence factors of schoolage children is constructed, and model validation is conducted. The research results indicate that family cultural capital has a significant positive effect on the digital reading literacy of schoolage children, and the four dimensions of selfregulated learning strategies of cognitive participation, metacognition, resource management, and motivational beliefs play parallel mediating roles in this influencing process. Based on this, strategies for improve digital reading literacy of schoolage children are proposed: guide schoolage children to develop deep digital reading, assist in their metacognitive development, optimize the allocation of digital reading resources, and stimulate their enthusiasm for digital reading.
